Refund Policy

The following list will show you the onlinepuja.com Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Cancellations can be made 48 hrs or more before the Puja events. There will be no refunds for cancellations made within 48 hrs of the event, although substitutions may be permitted. Refunds will not be provided for Pujas.

We make quick refunds with in 3 - 5 days time but sometimes few payment gateways take extra time to transfer your amount to your accounts. In that case, our team will help you in getting refunds from the payment gateways in case you facing any problem

Cancellation of order shall be made with mail with Subject: “Cancellation Request” and sent to info@onlinepuja.com Mail shall contain following details:-
Order ID:
Cancellation Reason:
Refund Account Details:

Once the product is shipped, we will share the tracking number to the receiver, and you can track the package on yourself

If the product is out of the packing when you receive please send us a picture and do not consume / use it. We will send you another package.
