Baijnath Temple

The Baijnath temple is built during the 12th and 13th century by Kumaon Katyuri king in around 1150 A.D. This temple is earlier known as Kartikyapura. In Hinduism, this temple grasp the great significance as people considered this temple very positive and auspicious because Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati got married at the junction of river Gomati and Garur Ganga.
